Ahead of the Curve
Ahead of the Curve has been funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The project has enabled us to develop a business model for our museum and understand how we will manage the museum in the future, including generating income. The project begun in August 2016 and will finish in September 2017
Altogether Slough
This project is funded by the Arts Council England. Through this project we have appointed a Museum Resource Manager and we will be implementing the plans developed during Ahead of The Curve.
The Changing Face of Slough High Street
The Changing Face of Slough High Street is a youth project that will research the development of the High Street using maps in our collection and at the Royal Geographical Society, and historic photos and video of the High Street. Participants will receive free training in various aspects of research and interpretation and will then create an exhibition and smartphone app.
